About the Network Support Engineer role

The Network Support Engineer will be a key part of the Network Operations team. Working across network support and delivery, the Engineer will deliver projects and operation support to a portfolio of high profile clients. This will give you the opportunity to work with Cisco ISE and Cisco DNA Centre across large enterprise environments.

• NOC support for Enterprise customers across LAN and WLAN environments
• Support the implementation of Enterprise Networks, ISE, Cisco DNA and Next Gen Firewalls
• Deal directly with clients, specifying their needs and providing solutions

Skills & experience required for the Network Support Engineer

• 5 years experience working in an MSP or ISP environment
• Experience working with Cisco ISE or Identity Services Engine
• CCNA or CCNP Certified
• Experience in delivering to enterprise customers
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers
