Salary: £45,000 + £5,000 On Call Allowance

A fast growing, managed service provider is looking for a Network Support Engineer to join their Managed Service team based in Cheshire. The business works in a hybrid manner, split between in-office, from home, and on-site visits. This role comes with on-call shifts: You will, however, be provided a generous on-call allowance for any outside of hours support work.
The business offer full managed services, across Enterprise Networks, Next Gen Security, Cyber and Cloud. With accreditations and partnerships across Cisco, they lead the way in managed service security solutions.
This role is offering you the opportunity to work with the very latest technology from Cisco, including the likes of Cisco DNAC, ISE and SD-Access: You will also have the opportunity to work with Next Gen Firewalls such as FirePOWER. Network Support Engineer Role
As Network Support Engineer, you will play a key part in the team, with a focus on delivering high level support, troubleshooting of issues and consultation of next gen solutions to mid enterprise clients. You will work with a variety of technologies from Cisco and Fortinet, including Networking, Next-Gen firewalls, and Software Defined Networks. Additional responsibilities include:
