Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 + training, development and paid certs

The Network Support Engineer role

The Network Engineer will be a key part of the project team. Working across Network Support, Delivery, Network Operations, project deployments, and providing direct support to a portfolio of high profile clients. This will give you the opportunity to work with Cisco ISE and Cisco DNA Centre across large enterprise environments.

• Implementation of Enterprise Networks
• Operational support across Enterprise infrastructures
• Deployments to key clients
• Represent the business on-site
• Deal directly with clients, specifying their needs and providing solutions
• Auditing, reviewing, and delivering solutions

Skills & experience required for the Network Support Engineer

• 5 years experience working in an MSP or ISP environment
• Experience working across Cisco and Network Operations (2nd tier level)
• Be keen to work on-site, travel across local areas
• CCNA or CCNP Certified
• Experience in delivering to enterprise customers
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers
