A fast-growing, specialised Network managed service provider based in Cheshire specialising in providing consultancy, strategic advice, and structured cabling across enterprise environments are looking for a Network Project Manager to join their team.

The business is searching for a Network Project Manager, who will have the opportunity to work on project across their full lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to work in hybrid/ remote and flexible working basis, based out of their Cheshire office.

Network Project Manager Role and Responsibilities

As Network Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to sit end to end on projects, from inception to completion, giving you valuable experience across full project lifecycle management. Additionally, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supplier Management.
  • Project management across a variety of Network and IT cabling projects.
  • Team leadership and co-ordination across multiple ongoing projects concurrently.
  • Work to deadlines, delivering complete tasks and projects for the business’s clients.
  • Technical documentation creation.
  • Equipment provisioning and forecasting.
  • Full financial control across budgets and costings.

 

Skills and Experience Required for the Network Project Manager role:

  • 3 years minimum working within network projects, across Routing and Switching, Access Points, LAN, and Structured Cabling.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Must be UK based and able to commute to Cheshire on a hybrid basis.
  • Must hold full UK Driving License.
  • Ideally hold Prince2 certification, but not essential.
