Salary: Up to £80,000

The Company

Dynamic Search Solutions is working with an emerging and expanding start-up Internet Service Provider (ISP), who due to their continued success are seeking a Network Operations Manager.

As Network Operations Manager you will work in a hybrid model, out of their easily accessible and brand new London office. The state-of-the-art design ensures that you feel at home working in their comfortable and welcoming office.

The Role

As the Network Operations Manager, you will manage the support and build teams. You will help develop the staff, as well being an integral part in growing the team. You daily tasks will include:

• Team leadership.
• Managing all network and server infrastructure by monitoring network status to ensure maximum network performance at all times.
• Deal with Senior Escalations.
• Oversee the repair of Major Incidents.
• Escalate major issues to the correct teams.

Network Operations Manager Overview:

• Working with both Technical and Non-technical staff, as the key point of contact.
• Manage the support team by Monitoring, investigating, and diagnosing any issues with service partners and customers.
• Ensure SLA’s are met, Documentation is correct, and Policies and procedures are in place.
• Assist with the build team.

Skills / Experience required for the Network Operations Manager:

• Hands-on experience working on multiple vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Brocade.
• Have experience working in an Internet Service Provider environment.
• Previous experience liaising with technical staff.
• Have an understanding of Juniper.
• Have an understanding of MPLS.
• Understand firewall policies and set up of VPN’s.
• Must be able to interphase with both technical, and non-technical staff.
