Job Title: Network Engineering Consultant

Location: Flexible Working near London (South East)

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + Benefits + Bonus

The Role

The Network Engineering Consultant is responsible for the design validation and delivery of enterprise network solutions across multiple networking technology verticals, not limited to, R&S, WLAN, Security, and Data Centre. You will be a senior project resource working alongside the architecture team to be accountable for the delivery of key network projects to multiple enterprise clients. There is an opportunity to upskill in the latest technologies, therefore you will have a keen interest in networking trends and have a passion for self-development.

• Design and implementation
• Understanding of Cisco Routing and Switching
• Network Design Validation, a good understanding of interpreting design documentation (HLD / LLD)
• Network Change Implementation
• Solution Implementation
• Opportunity to work with innovative technologies, including Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI), Software Defined Access (SDA), Identity Services Engine (ISE) (prior experience preferable, not essential)

The Person

• Demonstrably working at a CCNP level (Certifications preferable, not essential)
• 5+ year enterprise networking experience
• Excellent R&S knowledge
• Prior experience with software-defined networking is preferable, but not essential.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Good written skills
• Comfortable with International travel
• Must be eligible to live and work in the EU
• Must be eligible for security clearance
