Job Title: Network Design Lead

Location: Remote (must be UK based)

Salary: £80,000 (plus benefits & bonus)

The Network Design Lead role

The Network Design Lead is responsible for the design validation and delivery of enterprise network solutions across multiple networking technology verticals, including; R&S, WLAN, Security, and Data Centre. You will be a senior project resource working alongside the architecture team to be accountable for the delivery of key network projects to multiple enterprise clients. There is an opportunity to upskill on the latest technologies, therefore you will have a keen interest in networking trends and have a passion for self-development.

• Design and implementation
• Understanding of Juniper or Cisco Routing and Switching
• Network Design Validation, a good understanding of interpreting design documentation (HLD / LLD)
• Network Change Implementation
• Solution Implementation
• Opportunity to work with innovative technologies, oversee greenfield projects, and be an integral part of the projects team

Skills & experience required for the Network Design Lead

• SC clearable
• Demonstrably working at a CCNP or JNCIP level (certifications preferable, not essential)
• Reviewing and validating high-level designs
• 5+ year enterprise networking experience
• Previous Service Provider experience
• Excellent R&S knowledge
• Exceptional communication skills
• Good written skills
• Comfortable with International travel
• Must be eligible to live and work in the EU
• Must be eligible for security clearance
