About the Network Consultant role

As a Network Consultant, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of customer data centre network solutions. The day-to-day duties of the role include a key focus on data centre networking such as the Cisco Nexus suite of products, so to be successful, you’ll need to have experience in Cisco Network infrastructure delivery.

Skills & experience required for the Network Consultant

• Network Design Validation experience
• An understanding of Cisco Data Centre products, such as Nexus, 2k, 5k, 7k, 9k
• An understanding of Cisco Nexus DC products
• Network Change Control
• Configuration and deployment of Cisco Catalyst switches
• Deployment of Cisco Nexus Data Centre technologies
• You work at a minimum CCNP level (certifications are preferable but not essential)
• You’re keen to learn Cisco ACI or already have some knowledge
• Comfortable to travel internationally when required
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• Able to pass security clearance
