Key Responsibilities

• Network Consultancy & Design: Engage with clients to assess, design, and implement ACI-driven network solutions that align with business needs.
• Cisco ACI Implementation & Support: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco ACI, ensuring seamless integration within enterprise networks.
• Network Optimisation & Performance: Provide expert guidance on data centre networking, software-defined networking (SDN), and automation to optimise performance and security.
• Project Delivery & Client Engagement: Work closely with clients, Network Architects, and Engineers to deliver projects efficiently, meeting industry best practices and SLAs.
• Technical Escalation & Troubleshooting: Act as a senior escalation point for complex network issues, leveraging expertise in Cisco ACI, Nexus switching, and firewall technologies.

Skills & Experience Required

To succeed as a Network Consultant, you will need:

• Proven experience in Cisco ACI design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco Nexus (9K, 7K, 5K) and SDN architectures.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and Layer 2 technologies (VXLAN, VLANs, STP).
• Familiarity with network automation tools (Ansible, Python, Terraform) and monitoring solutions.
• CCNP/CCIE (preferred) or equivalent experience in enterprise networking.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging network trends.
