Our client, a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in global communications that involves a fun, modern and vibrant workplace, is expanding their team. They span across the UK and Europe, and are looking for MS Teams, Voice and UC specialists to expand their team.
About the Microsoft Teams Engineer role
The Microsoft Teams Engineer will be a key part of the team. Delivering expert 3rd line support to a mixture of clients across Europe. Someone who can troubleshoot major issues across MS Teams, and has an in depth technical expertise across voice and Unified Communications. This will be entirely remote, so you must be comfortable working from home.
- 3rd Line Support
- Troubleshooting and fault resolution
- In depth technical understanding
Skills & experience required for the Microsoft Teams Engineer
- 3 – 5 years experience working with Microsoft communication technologies
- Advanced S4B and Microsoft Teams Knowledge
- Customer focused individual
- Can deliver presentations
- Strong technical understanding of solutions
