Job Title: Microsoft Consultant

Salary: £50,000 – £70,000

Location: Home-Based/ Remote/ Hybrid

The Company

A Managed Service Provider is looking for a Microsoft Consultant, to support their wide variety of clients in the East of England.

The company is fast growing, industry-leading Microsoft Gold Partner, working with cutting edge tech using a Microsoft centric technology stack. You’ll have the opportunity to work with the latest tech and industry-leading software, as your work closely with the project delivery, security operations and sales teams.

As a Microsoft Gold Partner, the business offers support for training and development. Meaning your development will be an active focus for the business, and you will have room to grow further in your career.

The business offers home-based and flexible working. Your work will be split across home-based working with minimal travel to customer sites.

Microsoft Consultant Role Overview

As Microsoft Consultant, you will be an integral part of the business’s growth plans, as you work closely with sales and projects teams to deliver technical pre-sales expertise to clients. Your additional responsibilities will include:

• Deliver scoping workshops and presentations.
• Scope, Define and price project work.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority and experience.
• Explain complicated technical products and services to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide insight and expertise to update training with the sales and product teams.

Skills / Experience required for the Microsoft Consultant:

• Strong proven experience working with Microsoft 365 and Azure in a technical consultation position.
• Technical architecture/ solution design experience.
• A track record of supporting consulting teams to execute in line with customer requirements.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
