Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 basic + package

With accreditations and partnerships across Cisco and Microsoft, they lead the way in managed service solutions.

 

About the Microsoft Consultant role

As a Microsoft Consultant, you will champion the use of a variety of technologies, ranging from but not limited to O365, Cloud Services, Azure, VMware, SAN, and Networking. You will work alongside the Sales and account teams in a customer facing role, understanding customer needs, designing solutions, and responding to RFI’s, RFP’s.

  • Design solutions and services across Office 365, Virtual, and Cloud Environments
  • Customer facing, specifying their needs, and providing a solution
  • Advising customers on Microsoft and VMware’s latest products and services
  • Keeping abreast of the latest technologies to hit the market
  • Working with both technical and non-technical staff, you will create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
  • Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders

 

Skills & experience required for the Microsoft Consultant

  • MUST be UK based
  • Minimum 3 years experience in working across enterprise technologies from a customer consultation, design, project of delivery perspective
  • Strong documentation and customer facing skills
  • Experience with O365, Cloud, and Virtual environments
  • Cisco R&S, Wireless exposure is a plus
  • Microsoft, Azure, and/or VMware certifications beneficial
  • Have customer liaising experience
  • Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers
