About the Microsoft 365 specialist role

As M365 Specialist, you will champion their delivery team acting as the technical lead for projects, migrations, and installations. You will work alongside the solutions team in a customer facing role, liaising with the presales team, designing and implementing solutions. The M365 Specialist will join the lead team for professional services and be an integral part of delivering solutions to clients all over Europe.

• Customer facing architecture and design
• Microsoft communications evangelism – advising customers on the most suitable solutions for their organisation
• Support the full lifecycle of projects from design through to BAU
• Advising customers on EUD solutions
• Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills & experience required for the Microsoft 365 Specialist

• Have high-level of understanding M365 Suite
• Must have a high-level understanding of the Office 365
• Experience with EM+S and modern management technologies
• Have a Managed Service background
• Must be able to interphase with both sales and technical staff
• Ideally have Microsoft Certifications, however not essential
