Juniper Network Engineer Roles and Responsibilities

As a Network Engineer you will work in a hybrid model out of the Central London office. The Engineer will be Implementing, configuring and supporting both customers and internal staff. You will work on multiple projects ranging from design through to implementation.

• Design, Implementation and Monitoring Core Juniper applications.
• Be certified in working with Juniper products, as well as having a good understanding of Cisco.
• Working as a technical lead in the 3rd line for both internal and external networks.
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting technology problems relating to LAN, WAN, and VLANs.
• Work alongside the sales team assisting in proof of concepts and approval activities.

Skills and Experience

• Must be Juniper Certified, JNCIS-SP, ENT or above (SP is preferable).
• At least 5 years+ working on Service Provider Networks.
• Must be able to deliver technical information clearly and concisely.
• Ideally have previous experience engaging with customers face to face.
• Ideally have Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP).
