Junior SAP FI-CO Consultant

Location: Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

Salary: €65,000 + Performance Bonus

A global agriculture business is looking for an Junior SAP FI-CO Consultant to join the business and a newly formed SAP team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone entering the SAP industry to receive support for learning SAP FI/CO and be involved in an S/4 HANA transition.

Due to the formation of an exciting new SAP team, the company are looking to invest heavily in their SAP teams and systems. You will be the first point of contact for internal SAP users, acting as a 1^st and 2^nd level of support, as you are supported to progress to an In-house Consultant position.

You will be supported to work in a hybrid and flexible manner, with only 3 days a week in the Karlsruhe office. The office is also located close to the Karlsruhe train station, making the commute on your on-site days even easier.

Junior SAP FI-CO Consultant Role and Responsibilities:

The business is committed to supporting you to work how is best for you, as you work as part of a collaborative team to deliver SAP FI/CO support. Your new role will also include:

• Support individual departments on SAP issues.
• Support the mapping of business processes in the SAP systems.
• Create training documents and conducting workshops, to help the individual departments with SAP.
• Be involved in the transition to S/4 HANA.
• Be proactive in supporting with projects within SAP.
• Be the first point of contact for issues that arrive within SAP FI/CO.

Skills and Experience Required for the Junior SAP FI-CO Consultant Role:

The business will help you to continue your professional development and offers a direct training route to an In-house Consultant position. The business does however ask that you have:

• 2+ years’ experience as a key user, or in an IT/ SAP position.
• SAP process knowledge in FI/CO and S/4 HANA.
• Project experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Communication skills, as you work as part of a team to achieve success.
• Fluent in English (verbal/written communications).
