About the IT Project Manager role

The Microsoft Gold Partner is looking for an IT Project Manager to join their projects and operations teams to help with organising and planning changes and upgrades to the customer sites.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Plan out projects such as migrations, upgrades, configurations.
• Organise site visits for projects.
• Order and organise the delivery of required equipment.
• Build relationships with both internal and external teams.
• Liaise with end-users, partners, and suppliers.

Skills & experience required for the IT Project Manager

• Experience with Organisation of Projects.
• At least 1+ years experience working in the IT sector, ideally with an MSP.
• Previous customer facing experience.
• Experience working organising and scheduling site visits.
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Products.
• Must be able to interphase with both technical, and non-technical staff.
