A Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking an IT Helpdesk Manager to work out of their easily accessible Kent Office. With a key focus on providing service to small, medium, and large enterprise sites across the UK.
About the IT Helpdesk Manager role
As the IT Helpdesk Manager, you will collaborate on the short and long term strategies of the MSP’s Infrastructure. Oversee up to 30 Engineers all at different technical levels, direct SLA agreements, and lead and develop the teams in managing the infrastructure help desk.
