The IT Coordinator role

Due to growth, the global Unified Communications Provider is looking for an IT Coordinator, to join their operations and support teams to help with organising and planning changes and upgrades to the customer sites.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing remote support to the projects team
• Organise site visits for projects
• Order and organise the delivery of required equipment
• Build relationships with both internal and external teams
• Liaise with end-users, partners, and suppliers

Skills & experience required for the IT Coordinator

• Experience with remote support
• At least 1+ years experience working for an IT provider
• Previous customer facing experience
• Experience working organising and scheduling site visits
• Have experience working on servers such as TMS, CMS, VCS
• At least 1 year experience supporting technical equipment
• Must be able to interphase with both technical, and non-technical staff
