A Microsoft Gold Partner who offer a full Managed Service (MSP) in London are looking for an IT Account Manager: to join and become an integral part of their sales team, having a keen focus on customer relations as you represent the business.

IT Account Manager Overview:

As IT Account Manager you will report directly to the Sales Director and be the focal point for any customer requirements. This will involve traveling to customer site on occasion.
The role comes with the experience of multiple technologies and will give you the opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

  • Be responsible for multiple key accounts, on the services they have and services that could be offered.
  • Your key focus is to provide support to act as the first response to customer’s queries and issues.
  • Working with both Technical and Non-technical staff.
  • You will build client relations and be the first point of contact for the customer.


Skills / Experience required for the IT Account Manager:

As the IT Account Manager, you will have a good understanding of managing accounts, be comfortable traveling to the site if required, have an eagerness to learn, and a passion for technology.

  • You must come from an account management background.
  • Have experience managing multiple accounts.
  • Must be confident liaising with customers.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Have an understanding of IT and an eagerness to continue learning about IT services.
