The Company

A Microsoft Gold Partner, specialised Unified Communications Provider, are looking for an IT Account Manager to join their team on a remote and home-based basis. This role does include some travel to customer sites in the London, meaning you must be in commutable distance to the area.

As Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work solely on New Business and building your own pipeline and strategy. In addition to an already competitive base salary, the business offers a generous uncapped commission structure to reward your hard work and success.

The business is primarily focused on delivering unified communications and contact centre solutions in the Enterprise sector in the UK. They offer a complete end-to-end service for the design, implementation, and management of a range of cutting-edge technology solutions in particular Microsoft Teams. They are highly accredited partners amongst their household name vendors and have won numerous awards for the quality of their IT services.


IT Account Manager Role & Responsibilities

As the new Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling UC solutions into senior management within the Enterprise sector. This will include selling a key technology MS Team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Generating leads and attend meetings for new business.
  • Growing client spend in new and existing clients.
  • Building a sales pipeline within Enterprise sector clients.
  • Managing key relationships and identifying opportunities.
  • Acting as strategic advisor for the client, guiding their decision making in the above-mentioned technology stacks.


Skills and Experience Required for the IT Account Manager:

The business will support you to work however is best for you. The business does ask however that you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Sales with experience in selling Microsoft teams Solutions.
  • Experience of selling into the Enterprise sector.
  • Ideally you will have a pre-existing and established network within the industry.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
