Job Title – Infrastructure Support Engineer

Location – Manchester – Hybrid

Salary – £40,000 – £45,000

Infrastructure Support Engineer Role & Responsibilities

As an Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will champion the use of a variety of tech, ranging from but not limited to O365, Azure, VMware, and Backups. Your primary focus will be high tier support, onboarding new customers and delivering on critical incident response.

• Troubleshooting major issues
• Onboarding new customers
• Strategy planning and road mapping
• Disaster Recovery

Skills & Experience

As Infrastructure Support Engineer you will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of the latest technology and software. The business does however ask that you:

• MUST be UK based and commutable to Manchester.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in working across Cloud Environments, ideally in a service providing or professional service providing environment.
• Experience with O365, Cloud and Virtual Environments.
• Microsoft, Azure and/or VMware certifications.
• Knowledge of backup as a service (BaaS) and infrastructure as a service (IaaS)
• Have customer liaising experience.
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
