About the Infrastructure Analyst Role

As Infrastructure Analyst, you will deliver 3^rd line support, specialising in Microsoft Intune managed services to a variety of clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Acting as the escalation point for all Intune queries within the team.
• Testing and building of new infrastructure environments.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues for customers.
• Effective use of ITSM tools to manager customer tickets and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Work with other members of the support team, to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.

Skills and Experience Required for the Infrastructure Analyst Role:

• 2+ Years of experience in an IT infrastructure support role.
• Hands on experience with Intune, high level support and configuration.
• Knowledge and understanding of a range of key vendors: Microsoft, VMware etc.
• A strong understanding of ITIL.
• Previous experience in a support role dealing with tickets.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Being able to work on your own, while also able to communicate effectively as part of a team.
• Industry relevant certifications are ideal, but not essential.

To be considered for this role, you must be UK based and eligible for SC Clearance.
