Head of IT Access Operations Role Overview

As the new Head of IT Access Operations, you will spearhead the strategic development and management of procedures and Operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the ongoing success of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and constructing the IT Services Operations, a key focus of your role.
• Overseeing and ensuring the strategy of the operational assurance.
• Have an operational owner for key supplier contracts and relationship.
• Have ownership of internal or outsourced operational services.

Your Qualifications and Experience

The business is seeking a candidate with a proven track record in IT Services, a passion for Strategy and Operations, and an in-depth understanding of the Fibre landscape. The following qualifications and skills are essential:

• Proven success in strategizing and designing IT Operations.
• Previous experience in IT Operations, and Network Assurance.
• Have prior experience within the Fibre and Build industry, offering insights into its unique challenges and opportunities.
• Be accountable for all IT Services and Governance.
• Effective Communication: Confidence in communicating adeptly with both technical and sales teams, fostering clear understanding and collaboration.
