The Company

A growing startup with over 5 years of expansion under their belt with strong financial backing, is looking for a Full Stack JavaScript Developer in Ghent. They have a key focus on designing and developing solutions for large enterprise sites all over Europe. With a big focus on IoT.

The Role

As a Full Stack JavaScript Developer, you will champion their development team for Business Solutions team acting as the technical lead for projects, migrations, and development. You will work alongside the Solutions team, understanding requirements, and developing solutions to match.

Full Stack JavaScript Developer Overview

• Team lead
• Key focus on the frontend of the web application
• JavaScript evangelism – advising more development opportunities on the most suitable solutions
• Support the full lifecycle of projects
• Mentoring junior members of the team
• Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills / Experience required for the Full Stack JavaScript Developer

• University Degree (Not essential If you have working experience)
• At least 5 years’ experience in development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript including Node.JS, React, MongoDB
• Previous experience working on Web Applications
• Experienced working on the frontend
• Some experience with DevOps and working on the backend
• Must be able to interphase with both sales and technical staff
