Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + Package

As the Senior Support Engineer

You will act as a technical escalation and project implementation for all managed services customers, as well as provide IT support. The role comes with hands-on experience in multiple technologies, will give you exposure to projects, and give you the opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

  • You will manage your own diary travelling to multiple sites
  • Maintain client systems, updating, adding to, and improving.
  • Build, and configure new PCs, servers, and network devices to required specifications.
  • Your key focus is to provide support to all act as the first response to escalations and assist the senior engineers.
  • Working with both technical and non-technical staff, you will be involved in supporting both remotely and from the office.

 

Skills & Experience Required for the Support Engineer Rolle

  • You must come from a Managed Service background
  • Have experience working in the field before
  • Have strong experience with the Microsoft Stack
  • Be experienced with Microsoft 365
  • Have experience with SharePoint
  • Previous experience working in Networks and Servers
  • Must be comfortable with liaising with C-Level staff.
  • Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical staff.
