Job Title: Field Network Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work 2-3 days on-site visiting client networks and 1-2 days in the office, ensuring full engagement in a learning-driven environment.
• Provide support and configuration up to Layer 2 on Cisco networking devices, switches, routers, wireless controllers, and access points.
• Implement enterprise-level LAN and WLAN solutions to enhance network connectivity.
• Gain hands-on experience with software-defined networking (SD-WAN, SD-Access) and next-generation enterprise networking solutions.

Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in network engineering.
• CCNA certification or strong TCP/IP knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Layer 2 configuration.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work onsite with clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and within a team.
• Full UK driving licence (company van provided for site visits, with expenses covered).
