Location: Field Based Role – Swindon, Oxford, South Wales,

 

If you are already Fibre Installation Supervisor leading teams on the install and delivery of their Fibre, or if you are a Senior Fibre Installation Engineer in the Fibre space looking progress into management, this is a role that is perfect for you!

An industry leading Broadband Provider is looking for a Fibre Installation Supervisor to become a core part of their on-going fibre installation projects in the area. This is a field-based role, and your main focus will be Swindon, South Wales, and Oxford.

Fibre Installation Supervisor Role and Responsibilities

As the Fibre Installation Supervisor, you will be supporting the Head of Delivery on day-to-day operations and supervision of the delivery teams. Meaning you will gain hands on experience with any tools you need to improve your job, continue to learn, and grow and help progress your career.

The Fibre Installation Supervisor day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Head of Delivery.
  • Work with the CAD teams to understand the design works.
  • Supervision over the Installation Engineers.
  • Plan tools and equipment required.

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong Installation experience.
  • Previous Experience working in a senior or lead role.
  • Must have experience working in the field.
  • Have experience dealing with not technical staff.
  • Be approachable and presentable.
  • BE comfortable speaking with the public.
  • Hold a Valid UK Driving License.
