Job Title – Dynamic 365 Consultant

Location – Remote/ Home-Based – Manchester and London offices

Salary – £40,000 – £60,000

A UK leading, Microsoft Gold Partner are looking for a Dynamic 365 Consultant to join their business on a remote or hybrid basis. While the role is remote or hybrid as per your decision, you are also welcome to work in a hybrid manner from the businesses Manchester or London offices.

Dynamic 365 Consultant Role & Responsibilities

As a Dynamic 365 Consultant, you’ll be crucial to leading and managing customer journey. Additional responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with customers and take the lead on the implementation and extension of CRM software products.
• Process documentation.
• System implementations and data migrations.
• Planning new business discovery and requirements sessions with customers and stakeholders.
• Working closely with clients to support product delivery.
• Providing expert advice on best practise, ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Occasionally traveling to client site to lead training workshops and introduce the CRM to employees.

Skills & Experience

As Dynamic 365 Consultant you will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of the latest technology and software. The business does however ask that you have:

• MUST be UK based.
• Consultancy experience, being able to form last partnerships with client, colleagues, and key stakeholders.
• A passion for CRM products.
• Experience working with Dynamics 365, and a detailed knowledge and understanding of its out-of-the-box functionality.
• Previous implementation experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects is ideal.
