A European leading Security Specialist is looking for a Dynamic 365 Consultant to join their business on a remote basis. While the role is completely remote, the business has multiple sites throughout the UK for you to work from should you choose.

Dynamic 365 Consultant Role & Responsibilities

As a Dynamic 365 Consultant, you’ll be crucial to implementing improvements to the businesses CRM processes, being hands-on with the businesses CRM systems and working on exciting new projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions that are easy and efficient for customers to use.
  • Ensure that projects are on time, meet customer standards and are within budget.
  • Ensure customer requirements are satisfied; before signing off of documentation and completion of project.
  • Customisation and configurations of Dynamic 365.
  • Introduction of best practice improvements.
  • Provide an excellent level of service and communication to customers, keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with complimentary teams when necessary, sharing your expertise with colleagues and team members.

 

Your Skills & Experience

As Dynamic 365 Consultant you will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of the latest technology and software. The business does however ask that you have:

  • You MUST be based in the UK to be considered for this role.
  • Consultancy experience in a D365 role, being able to form last partnerships with client, colleagues, and key stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft 365 suite, including Power Platforms, Dynamics, and Share Point.
  • An understanding of cloud-based CRM products.
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365, and a detailed knowledge and understanding of its out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Previous implementation experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects is ideal.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, both written and face-to-face.
