An exciting opportunity has arisen at an award-winning Microsoft Partner for a Business Development Representative. The business is a fast-growing, industry-leading managed service and managed service security provider, delivering in to mid and large enterprise clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to develop their sales career at a fast-growing business. The business has a keen focus on developing their staff by providing support and training. While knowledge of the Cyber Security marketplace is essential, specific training on products and vendors will be provided to you.

This role comes with a competitive commission scheme based on leads generation, with the opportunity to double your base salary. This is a predominantly remote role; you must however be based in the UK to be considered.


About The Business Development Representative – Cyber Security Role

As the business newest Business Development Representative, you will generate new business leads to be passed on to the Sales Team. You’ll have the opportunity to work with key Cyber Security Vendors, while collaborating with, and being supported by, the Marketing and Sales teams.

You will design and drive new business campaigns with select key vendors. This includes organising all key stakeholders and activities towards lead generation.

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Generation of sales leads based on specific vendor solutions.
  • Design, develop and deliver Key Vendor campaigns.
  • Coordinate effectively with departments, agencies, and vendors.
  • The management and coordination of Key Vendors.


Skills and Experience Required for the Business Development Representative Role:

  • Previous experience in a Cyber Security sales role, either in a Vendor or a Partner.
  • Experience with Ironscales, Portnox, Zscaler, Mimecast, Knowbe4 or Keeper is ideally, but not essential as training will be provided.
  • You should be highly motivated, with a sales-driven attitude to your work.
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients, building strong relationships with vendors.
