Salary: Up to £35k + £20k OTE + Uncapped Commission

Location: London/ Hybrid

Business Development Manager Role and Responsibilities

As the business’s new Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with delivering against set targets for booking meetings and leader generation for the company’s Account Directors

  • Actively prospecting to C-level clients.
  • Generating leads and opening up relationships within enterprise level clients.
  • Booking meetings for Account Directors.
  • Learning from and shadowing Account Directors to help your own development.

 

Your Skills and Experience

The business will support you to work however is best for you in a hybrid and flexible environment. The business does ask that you have:

  • Clearly demonstrating the right attitude to learn, develop and progress and be willing to pick up the phone.
  • Ability to prospect and generate leads from scratch.
  • Previous experience of building and developing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate experience of winning business through consultative sales approaches.
  • The ability to develop relationships by building trust with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate previous experience of delivering and overachieving annual sales targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
