Business Analyst

Location: Reading – Hybrid

Salary: Up to £60,000

An award-winning Internet Service Provider is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Reading offices of their business on a hybrid basis.

The company is fast growing, industry-leading Internet Service Provider delivering to mid and large enterprise clients as well as delivering within the public Sector. The businesses primary focus is the supply state-of-the-art Internet Services, whether through Fibre, Ethernet, MPLS, SD-WAN, or hosted.

Business Analyst Role Overview

As Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to champion their Business Solutions team. You will support the technical teams for projects, migrations, and upgrade on their internal ServiceNow system.

You will work alongside the Projects team, understanding requirements, gathering information, analysing data, and providing to the team. Additionally, your role will include:

• Being a Team member.
• Provide the link between the staff and Project teams.
• Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collect, understand, and communicate the business requirements for a project, translating these into requirements.
• Day-to-day management of project tasks and change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
• Support Project and Business initiatives to provide business cases, benefits realisation, or training & training material.

Skills and experience required for the Business Analyst role:

• At least 3+ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Have experience working in a Broadband environment.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Ideally have experience in a telco environment.
• Must be able to interphase with both sales and technical staff.
