About the AV/VC Onsite Engineer role

The AV/VC Onsite Engineer will be a key part of the team, acting as the face of the company to solve escalated problems onsite. As the AV/VC Onsite Engineer, you will have a good understanding of supporting customers directly, have an eagerness to learn, and be capable of managing your own workload.

• Working with both technical and non-technical staff, you will be the first response to customer issues with their services on site.
• Set up meeting rooms and conferences
• Assist with any AV/VC equipment for all members of staff onsite

Skills & experience required for the AV/VC Onsite Engineer

• Have a good understanding of AV and VC equipment
• Experience troubleshooting, and programming equipment such as Polycom, Clearone, Biamp, AMX
• Experience setting up meeting rooms and conferences
• Have the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Well organised, with good attention to detail
• Have customer liaising experience
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers
