AV/VC Installation Engineer Role and Responsibilities

The AV/VC installation Engineer will be a key part of the team acting as the face of the company, to delivery all projects onsite for their customer. Due to the nature of the client, you will be based onsite. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of the projects you work on, including: deployment / implementation of new technologies.
• Delivering across the project lifecycle, design through to implementation and support.
• Being confident working closely with customers, to ensure satisfaction throughout projects.
• Working on multiple projects at one time.
• Working closely with and report directly to the Service Manager.

Skills and Experience Required for the AV/VC Installation Engineer

As the AV/VC installation Engineer, you will have strong experience in project delivery, time management, supporting customers directly, and be capable of managing your own work load. Additionally, the business asks that you have:

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects, simultaneously.
• Demonstrable experience delivering AV and UC projects.
• Ability to manage and develop customer relationships within the commercial space.
• Have experience working with Crestron, Teams, Zoom, Polycom, Extron.
