About the AV/VC Field Engineer role

The AV/VC Field Engineer will be a key part of the team acting as the face of the company, to solve escalated problems on site. As the AV/VC Field Engineer, you will have a good understanding of supporting customers directly, have an eagerness to learn, and be capable of managing your own work load.

• Working with both technical and non-technical staff, you will be the first response to customer issues on their services on site.
• Your key focus is to provide a fast and professional response turning business problems into business solutions.
• You will work in multiple environments around the City

Skills & experience required for the AV/VC Field Engineer

• Have a good understanding of AV and VC Equipment
• Have previous experience installing ZOOM
• Be willing to travel to multiple sites
• Have the Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Well Organised, with good attention to detail
• Have customer liaising experience
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
