The Company

An Audio-Visual Provider is seeking an AV Technician to work in a filed based role travelling to sites to support and install the AV Equipment. The Provider work with some of the largest Commercial site in the North West and would like the AV Technician to be within a commutable distance.

The business prides itself as one of the UK’s most innovative AV system integrators and providing state-of-the-art Audio-Visual experiences for customers: Meaning you’ll be working with the latest technology and software on the market to deliver this exceptional level of service to clients.

This is a role where you will have the opportunity to work as both a part of a team, as well as on your own. You will be supported by the business in your work, with and equipment and tech you need.


AV Designer Role and Responsibilities

The AV Technician will be a key part of the team installing and upgrading the AV equipment onsite, you will work directly with customers, as well as providing core information to the projects team.

  • Working on Installs and upgrades onsite.
  • Working with both Technical and Non-technical staff to support the delivery of projects.
  • Work on Brownfield and Greenfield projects.
  • Manage and organise your own installs.


Skills and Experience required for the AV Designer

The business offers learning and development opportunities to ensure you progress in your career and are satisfied and fulfilled with your work. The business does ask that you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Audio Visual.
  • Have a good understanding of AV and VC Equipment.
  • Experience working the in the service provider space.
  • Be able to drive and have license.
  • Have the Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Well Organised, with good attention to detail.
  • Have customer liaising experience.
  • Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
