An industry-leading, global Audio-Visual Reseller is seeking an AV Service Engineer to work on multiple customers sites across London. The Reseller offers you the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology on some of the most exciting Enterprise sites in the UK.

AV Service Engineer Role and Responsibilities

As AV Service Engineer, you will be a key part of the team acting as the face of the company, to delivery all projects onsite for their customer. Due to the nature of the client, you will be based onsite. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Be instrumental in the delivery of projects onsite for the AV Resellers clients.
• Full System Checks are carried out are documented.
• Make sure maintenance guidelines are followed, this can include replacing air flow filters and documenting equipment usage hours where possible.
• Backups of system configuration files and program codes are collected as a precautionary measure.
• You will work closely with and report directly to the Service Manager.

Skills / Experience required for the AV Service Engineer

As the AV Service Engineer, you will have a good understanding of documentation, systems checking and supporting customers directly, and be capable of managing your own work load. The business also asks that you have:

• Proven experience in servicing AV Equipment.
• Experience working with Documentation and maintenance guides.
• Ability to manage and develop customer relationships within the commercial space.
• A confident communicator, working with stakeholders and team members regularly.
