Salary: £61,000 (including car allowance)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients and ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Lead the account management team, driving business growth and retention.
• Identify and capitalise on new opportunities to expand client engagement.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in the UCaaS/CCaaS sector, ideally within an MSP.
• Strong leadership and strategic account management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop long-term partnerships.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and delivering tailored solutions.
