A rapidly growing Unified Communications, Contact Centre and Cyber Solutions provider are searching for a 3rd Line Team Lead to join their team on a hybrid working basis. The business specializes in making next-generation technology simple to use, deploy and manage. They are a trusted technology partner to many ambitious businesses Across Comms, Contact, Cyber and Mobile.

The business has offices spread around the UK and offers remote and flexible working to those who aren’t located near an office.

Third Line Team Lead Role & Responsibilities

As the businesses new 3rd Line Team Lead, your work will be generally split 50/50 between being hands on with technology and leadership and team management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the team and conducting performance reviews.
  • The training and development of a large support team (10+).
  • Creating regular reports on performance of individuals and the wider team.
  • Management of service desk queue
  • Dealing with senior escalations and queries.
  • Supporting team and wider stakeholder groups.


About You

The business is committed to your professional development and continuing your training, with support for earning paid certification. The business does ask that you have:

  • Team leadership and management experience.
  • A strong understanding of Windows Servers and Office 365.
  • Infra/Networks experience.
  • Experience working with WAN and LAN environments.
  • Experience surrounding VMWare, Hyper-V, Servers etc.
  • Experience working with Firewalls.
