Job Title: 2nd Line UC Engineer

Location: Remote / Home Based (UK)

Requirement – SC Clearance

Salary: £250-£375 per day

THE COMPANY

A specialist Unified Communications provider is seeking an SC Cleared, UC Engineer on a freelance basis to remotely support one of their key accounts for up to the next 12 months, with potential to be extended.

NETWORK ENGINEER OVERVIEW

THE DAILY TASKS OF THE NETWORK ENGINEER WILL INCLUDE:

• 2nd Line Cisco UC support or an environment of up to 400 users
• Responsibility got MAC for the UC suite
• Troubleshooting user issues with the environment
• Communicating timeline and managing customer expectations

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE NETWORK ENGINEER:

• Hands-on experience working on Cisco Call Manager / CUCM
• Previous customer-facing experience
• Ideally you will industry accreditations such as CCNA C or CCNP
• Background monitoring, investigating, and diagnosing issues
• Must be able to interphase with both technical, and non-technical staff
