2^nd Line Support Engineer

Salary: £275 a day

Status: Inside IR35

Location: Reading

Duration: 6 Months

2^nd Line Support Engineer Role and Responsibilities

As the 2^nd Line Support Engineer, you will be a key part of the Support team, focussing directly on troubling shooting and resolving tickets. This will include:

• Acting as the escalation point of contact for the internal team, dealing with the tickets that the 1^st Line Support Engineers are unable to.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Managing incoming support tickets, whilst also working proactively.
• Providing regular professional, frequent and relevant customer communication.

Skills and Experience required for the 2^nd Line Support Engineer

The business will support you to work however is best for you, with hybrid working in a flexible environment. The business asks that you have:

• 3 years of experience working in an Infrastructure Support based role.
• Experience of the M365 suite.
• Knowledge of Office 365, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Experience of working within a busy support desk is advantageous.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
• Able to troubleshoot issues across Office 365, Autopilot, Intune, and Licensing.
