Salary: £35,000 (Uncapped commission)

 

Are you a driven sales professional looking to join a high-growth company in the Managed Services Provider (MSP) space? We are working with one of the most innovative players in the industry, and they are looking to expand their sales team with a talented and self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR).

 

The Opportunity:

As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities. This is a fantastic entry point into the tech services sector, with plenty of room for growth and career development. You will be responsible for initiating conversations, building relationships with prospects, and setting up meetings for the senior sales team to close the deal.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential clients through outreach (calls, emails, social media).
  • Qualifying Prospects: Understand client pain points and qualify leads to ensure they align with the company’s offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and optimized follow-up strategies.
  • CRM Management: Track your activities, conversations, and lead statuses in the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate reporting.

  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or a client-facing role is beneficial but not a must. We’re open to training the right candidate.
  • Tech Interest: A basic understanding of the tech and IT space will help, but it’s not a deal-breaker. Passion and curiosity are what matter most.
