The business offers AI, Automation, Cloud, and Security solutions to the UK public sector, delivering for customers and clients across the mid to large enterprise space.

Service Now Consultant Role & Responsibilities

Solution Development – Acting as the in-house expert for ServiceNow solutions, you’ll design tailored approaches to address complex client requirements across the full range of ServiceNow applications. You’ll offer expert recommendations to ensure implementations align with both vendor guidelines and industry best practices.

Sales & Client Engagement – You’ll collaborate with sales teams by addressing technical and functional queries during the pre-sales phase and leading initial scoping sessions. Engaging with a variety of client stakeholders, from technical specialists to C-level executives, you’ll deliver clear and detailed project scope information to both vendors and implementation partners.

Knowledge Acquisition & Sharing – As the team’s subject matter expert, you’ll maintain your ServiceNow certifications, keep up to date with new platform updates and delta releases, and actively contribute to team knowledge-sharing efforts. This includes hosting webinars, conducting training sessions, and mentoring colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Development – You will be responsible for designing, enhancing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions tailored to customer needs. This includes configuring, integrating, and optimising the platform. Collaborating with AI consultants, you’ll integrate AI functionality into solutions and lead ServiceNow-specific aspects of projects, including deploying and managing solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Technical Leadership – You’ll play a key role in defining best practices, driving innovation, and ensuring quality within the team. Independently managing project deliverables, you will ensure they meet organisational objectives and collaborate with other engineers to maintain high-quality standards.
