About the Company

A global automotive company that is leading the way in autonomous driving and electrification is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join their offices in the Hildburghausen District.

The business is looking to expand in the European market and invest in their IT Infrastructure team due to the exciting expansion of their processes and systems. As their new IT Systems Engineer, you will be a key part of the IT Infrastructure Department, assisting with administration, maintenance (50%) and project delivery (50%).

IT Systems Engineer Role and Responsibilities

• Administration, Maintenance and Support of application systems (e.g. Webcon, Matrix42, Empirum, Saperion).
• Support and delivery of Projects within operations and IT Infrastructure.
• 1^st line and 2^nd line support with IT Applications.
• Support of service processes in line with ITSM and ITIL.
• Immediate notification of malfunctions of applications, network and information systems.
• Installation and support of new systems.

Skills and Experience Required for the IT Systems Administrator Position

The business will support you to continue to learn and develop in your career, but does ask that you have:

• Experience with IT Applications (E.g. Business Process Automation apps, Service and Endpoint management apps, Document Management apps), they are happy to train in the apps in use at the company.
• Fluent German and Good English (Verbal and Written).
• Understanding of ITIL and service processes.
