The Company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1st line Service Desk Engineers to join a company that are partners with multiple vendors including Microsoft, Dell and VM Ware. A chance to gain exposure to Cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure as well as Hyper Converged Infrastructure and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure!
The Role
The 1st line engineer will be a key player within the support team. You will be first point of contact for customers working with both technical and non-technical staff, supporting users at all levels, troubleshooting tickets and escalating issues to 2nd and 3rd line.
You will have close contact with senior members of staff, getting the chance to learn from them first hand. As such you will have the opportunity to progress quickly to a 2nd and 3rd line position and gain project delivery experience, and work alongside the sales and account teams in a technical capacity.
