An award-winning Solutions Provider is seeking a Resource Manager. The company are a fast growing, industry leading managed service provider delivering in to mid and large enterprise clients. They partner with leading vendors such as Cisco and Microsoft and deliver cutting-edge digital transformation projects.

Resource Manager Roles & Responsibilities

The Resource Manager will be responsible for working with both clients and vendors, providing project support to provisioning coordinators and managing resources. Focused on managed and professional services, the Resource Manager will be a key player between Project Management, Technical Engineer, customer and vendor.

• Provisioning the delivery of services across multi-functions of the business
• Reporting and discussing delivery processes with internal and external teams
• Purchasing and procurement of connectivity equipment and services
• Deliver customer communication and top-level customer service
• Deliver documentation, reviews and presentations
• Ensure provisioning is delivered on time, to budget and at top quality standard

Skills & Experience

• MUST be UK based
• Experience in working within a fast-paced MSP would be preferential
• 5 years’ experience working in provisioning or resource management
• Strong understanding of Networks and Infrastructure technologies
• Confident in dealing with stakeholders, senior management, and a variety of customers
• Ability to articulate both verbally and in writing
