Job Title: Network Engineer

Location: Leeds (Flexible working on offer)

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000

My client is a market leading technology service provider who specialise in delivering network services to a variety of organisations. They work with bleeding edge technologies and offer an abundance of training and certifications to their team. They are seeking a Network Engineer to work out of easily accessible office in Leeds. There is flexible working on offer, splitting your time between their offices and home.

The Role

As the Network Engineer, you will oversee diagnostics, investigations, and monitoring of the customer network environments. The Network Engineer will work to SLA’s and ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of their mind. At the same time, you will be given the opportunity to upskill in the latest technologies, there is a clear path to move into project deployment or team leadership in the future.

Network Engineer Overview

• Enterprise Network Support
• Routing and Switching troubleshooting
• Monitor, investigate, and diagnose any issues within a network environment
• Customer facing support

Skills / Experience required for the Network Engineer

• CCNA to CCNP level engineers considered (dependant on experience)
• Must have Previous experience troubleshooting and fault fixing Cisco network technologies (LAN / WAN / DC / Security)
• Experience monitoring, investigating, and diagnosing issues
• Basic understanding of BGP, OSPF
• Must be able to interphase with both technical, and non-technical staff
