A London based MSP is recruiting a Principal Consultant to join their team based in London. Working directly for the COO, you will be tasked with leading the Cloud Consultancy practice and heading up both the Infrastructure and Applications teams.

About the Principal Consultant role

As a Principal Consultant, you will lead a team of technical Consultants, who’s responsibility will be to engage with this organisations new and existing customer base to enable the Cloud migration journeys as well ensuring any on prem customers are still supported with the very best technical solutions from Microsoft’s growing portfolio.

Skills & experience required for the Principal Consultant role

The ideal candidate will be a technical expert across the Microsoft technology stack, have extensive experience in providing On-Prem, Hybrid and full Cloud Solutions within Azure. In addition to leading on technical conversations and spearheading the technical solutions, you will also display strong leadership skills and have experience of leading successful teams as you adopt a team of upto 15 consultants in which you will be responsible for championing best practice.

• Strong technical understanding of Azure Cloud Solutions
• Strong Line Management experience
• Extensive experience of working within an MSP environment
• Demonstrable Pre-Sales experience
