About the Network Engineer role

The daily tasks of the Network Engineer will include:

• Providing technical leadership on UC/Networking projects
• Providing support across all UC and Networking technologies
• Act as a senior escalation point for junior members of the team
• Build relationships with both internal and external teams
• Liaise with end users, partners, and suppliers

Skills & experience required for the Network Engineer

• Hands on experience working on Cisco Unified Comms technology
• At least 6+ years’ experience working on both Voice and Data Networks
• Previous customer facing experience
• Ideally you will industry accreditations such as CCNP, CCIE
• Have experience working in a Service Provider environment
• Understand CUCM
• Experience monitoring, investigating, and diagnosing Service desk issues
• Must be able to interphase with both technical, and non-technical staff
