Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant – Business Central

Location: UK Wide – Remote Working (Must be based in the UK)

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000

Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant Role

As Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will deliver quality software solutions to new and existing customers. You will take the lead on the stakeholder engagement and work alongside solution specialists, project managers and the fulfilment team. You will also have the opportunity to take ownership of projects right from the initial concept phase through the delivery and onto the acceptance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work with the customer to learn their requirements and devise a clear functional process.
• Analyse, breakdown and understand the customers’ existing procedures.
• Propose a solution concept in a way they will understand.
• Plan workshops and control documentation throughout.
• Show Microsoft landscape expertise through the delivery process.
• Support and develop new and ongoing customer relationships.
• Act as an escalation point for the support team.

Requirements

• Show knowledge across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV and Microsoft 365.
• Demonstrate solution design theories.
• Operational industry experience ideally in the manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing space.
• Software/Business consulting experience.
• Direct multiple projects both contribution and delegation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
